Holding a Ph.D. in Family and Human Development, he has provided operational and administrative leadership on multi-million-dollar federal grants serving at-risk youth. He translates rigorous academic methodology into accessible continuous quality improvement (CQI) systems for frontline programs. As an award-winning researcher with over 20 peer-reviewed publications, he leverages his deep technical expertise in R-based modeling and federal compliance to help organizations measure their impact and confidently improve their programs.
